Dominque + Simon | Weekend celebration in southern frAnce

One of my most cherished memories in France was the celebration of Dominique and Simon. They are such genuine people. I felt like I was a part of the guest list even though I met them that Friday when they arrive to the chateau.

Though they already married at the courthouse the last day before the pandemic lockdown in the UK (read their story here: Retired NHS doctor cancels dream wedding to return to work, Dominique and Simon knew they wanted to celebrate with their friends and family. So a couple years later, they chose Chateau Barayre! It was a weekend of laughter, games, wine, French, English, dancing, and so many hugs. I felt honored to be present and document this love.

They were up for photos that Saturday so I snuck them away for ten minutes during the party.
